Effective date: October 11, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Dos Santos Adventures and our apparel shop, 2SantosPR, collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small, owner-run business based in Puerto Rico.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. When you use the contact form on this site, or call, text or message us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Tour bookings. Tours are booked through third-party booking platforms such as FareHarbor and GetYourGuide. They collect your booking and payment details and share with us what we need to run your tour, such as your name, contact details, group size and pickup location. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Apparel orders. 2SantosPR products are sold through Etsy and printed and shipped by a print-on-demand partner. Etsy processes your order and payment. We receive the order details needed to fulfil it, such as your name, shipping address and the items ordered.
- Website usage. This site is hosted on WordPress.com, which may use cookies and collect basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location to keep the site secure and to provide visitor statistics.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and arrange, confirm and run your tour or transfer.
- To fulfil and ship apparel orders and handle returns or problems with an order.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and safety obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose: our booking platforms, Etsy and our print-on-demand and shipping partners, and our website host. Each of them handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Social media and our scheduling tool
We use a self-hosted scheduling tool to publish our own posts to our own social media accounts, including Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X. The tool is used only by us. It does not collect, store or share personal information about other users of those platforms. If you interact with us on a social platform, that platform’s own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep information
We keep messages, booking details and order details for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children are welcome on our tours when booked by a parent or guardian.
