Where do you pick us up?
Right at your cruise ship. We arrange the exact meeting spot with you when you book, so you know where to walk as soon as you step off.
What if our ship arrives late or our all-aboard time changes?
That happens often, and we plan for it. Our schedule is flexible and we build the day around your ship’s times. Just let us know as soon as you hear about a change.
How long is the tour?
About 5 hours. We start in Old San Juan and visit the major points of interest, then spend the rest of the day at two of our beautiful local beaches.
How many people can come?
The private Jeep holds 2 to 4 guests at $475 for the tour. For a bigger group or a family, we run the same day in a large passenger van for 5 to 11 guests at $100 per person.
Is it a private tour?
Yes. It is your group only, with no strangers and no fixed script, so we can go at your pace.
What is included?
Pickup and drop-off at your ship, your guide and vehicle for the day, and a cooler with cold water. Bring a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen and comfortable shoes.
How do we cancel?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your tour.
What time can you meet us?
We run seven days a week, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, so we can be there as soon as your ship clears.
What language is the tour in?
English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
Do we eat during the tour?
Lunch is not included, but we stop for food, usually at a local food kiosk. A cooler with cold water comes with you.
Can we bring young children?
Yes, there is no minimum age. We do not supply car seats, so bring your own if your child needs one.
What if the weather is bad?
Light rain does not stop us and usually passes in minutes. If severe weather makes the day unsafe, we cancel and refund you in full.
Can you accommodate limited mobility?
We can usually arrange something, so ask us before you book. Our vehicles do not have a wheelchair ramp.
